Thank you for your interest in employment with Ohio Supports, Inc. We are currently accepting applications for State Tested Nurses Aides only. If you  are currently an STNA and would like to fill out an application for employment please download the application on line and mail to Ohio Supports, Inc. 10945 Reed Harman, Hwy., Suite 201, Cincinnati, OH 45242  or fax the application to (513) 791-2733. After your application is mailed or faxed to the office, you will be scheduled for an interview if there are open assignments to be filled.
